A ll cakes and desserts come boxed. C akes and desserts should be placed flat on the floor of the car or in an SUV type boot (so the cake can be slid in) and with the air - conditioning on high . Make sure your car's air conditioning is on and that you’ve put the cake box flat on the floor of your car, not on your seats. Once home or at the venue keep your cakes refrigerated. For buttercream cakes, bring to room temperature before serving (up to 2 hours) . Fresh cream cakes are best served right out of refrigeration.
Our baking studio is based at 83 O'Connor Street Chippendale, a residential building across the park from Central Park Mall. Please call our number in the confirmation email on arrival and we will bring your order down to you.
How much notice is required when placing an order?
Ideally as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment for your required date (2 weeks' notice is recommended). Custom orders require you to get in touch at least 4 weeks prior where as fresh cream cakes and pre designed cakes ordered through the website can be ordered with a shorter lead-time, depending on availability.
Do you offer delivery?
Unfortunately, we are pick-up only. You are more than welcome to arrange a courier service or uber pickup, however, we are not held responsible for any damages once the cake has left our premises.
