1. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery daily between 12 PM and 4 PM.

  • HK Island & New Territories: $180

  • Kowloon: $150

  • Direct delivery to restaurant/office/home: +$40 per address
    Note: If you select direct delivery to a restaurant, office, or home, you do not need to pick up your order at street level.
    Otherwise, all deliveries must be picked up at street level to avoid illegal parking tickets.

For specific delivery arrangements, please contact us via WhatsApp.

2. Where can I pick up my order?

Our studio is located in Kwun Tong, 5 minutes from the Kwun Tong MTR station.
Pick-up hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Sunday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

If you need to pick up outside these hours, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

(5-minute walk from Exit B1, Kwun Tong MTR)

Please WhatsApp us at 54901640 with your arrival time, and ring the doorbell when you arrive.

Important: If you fail to contact us and do not pick up the cake on the scheduled day, your order will be considered cancelled without refund.

3. How much notice is required when placing an order?

For regular orders, 2 weeks' notice is recommended.

  • Custom orders: Please place these at least 4 weeks in advance.

  • Fresh cream cakes and pre-designed cakes: These can be ordered with a shorter lead time, depending on availability.

4. Do you offer delivery?

Unfortunately, we are pick-up only. However, you are welcome to arrange a third-party courier (e.g., Uber) for pickup. Please note, we are not responsible for any damages once the cake leaves our premises.

5. What happens during Typhoon 8 or Black Rainstorm?

In case of Typhoon 8 or Black Rainstorm, we will suspend delivery and reschedule your order for another day. We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange the new delivery date.
Note: No cancellations or refunds will be offered for bad weather; your order will simply be rescheduled.

6. Do you do corporate catering or event orders?

Yes, we do! For corporate or event orders, please WhatsApp us with details of your event, and we will work with you to create the perfect menu.

7. Can I customize my cake?

Yes! We offer customization for color, size, and shape. For special requests, please get in touch with us for a quote or explore our Bespoke section.
