Please ensure you read through all our Terms and Conditions before proceeding to make an order with Fiora Cakes.

‘You' and ‘Your' refers to all our customer. 

‘We', ‘Us' and ‘Our' refers to Fiora Cakes. 

Products' refer to any items sold by Fiora Cakes, including predesigned cakes, custom cakes and various desserts.


Allergy Warning

We operate in a kitchen which uses products that may contain nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs etc. Therefore, our products may contain traces of these allergens and may not be suitable for those who have allergies or intolerances to these food products. We will not be held accountable for any consequences related to the consumption of our products. In saying this, please inform us in writing of any dietary requirements prior to placing your order so we can try to accommodate as best we can.



All fresh flowers, novelty decorations, and plastics placed on our cakes are non-edible. Please remove these from the cake prior to cutting or consumption. 

Some of our cakes may contain a wooden dowel or plastic straws for structural reinforcement purposes. Please also remember to remove these from the cake prior to consumption.



Admethods of accepted payments. E.g.,bank transfer for customer orders. Predesigned orders are credit card only

Pre-designed products can be ordered through our website and a confirmation will be sent to your nominated email with a unique order number. Please keep this email as reference as we may ask you to quote your order number upon pick up.

Payment details for custom orders will be provided to you once we have reviewed your request. We will require a deposit payment equal to 50% of the total quoted amount to secure the order. This deposit is non-refundable. Once we have received the payment, a confirmation will be sent to your nominated email with a unique order number. Please keep this email as reference as we may ask you to quote your order number upon pick up.

You are also welcome to pay the total quoted amount in full upfront if preferred.

Please note that for all orders, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis which means your order is only booked in for your selected date when we receive payment from you and you receive a confirmation email from us.

We accept online payment through our website for all pre-designed cakes and bank transfers for all custom orders.


Date Changes

Date change requests must be made with at least one (1) week notice prior to the original booked date. If your new proposed booking date is available, we will make the necessary adjustments and send you a revised confirmation email. If your new proposed booking date is unavailable, then you have the option to keep your original booking date or cancel the order. Refer to our‘CancellationPolicy' for more information on cancelling orders. 

If a date change is requested less than one (1) week from the original booked date, we will do our best to accommodate, however, if your new proposed date is unavailable, we reserve the right to withhold up to the full payment of the order if you decide not to keep the original booked date.

These conditions apply to both pre-designed product orders and custom orders.


Cancellation Policy

All payments, including deposits are non-refundable if the order is cancelled by you. If you cancel a predesigned product order with at least one (1) week notice prior to the original booked date, we will issue you with a credit note which will be valid for six (6) months. Credit notes will not be issued for the cancellation of custom orders regardless of the notice period provided. Pre-designed product orders will also not be issued a refund with less than one (1) week notice.

All cancellation requests must be provided to us in an email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time to account for unforeseen circumstances out of our control. All payments will be refunded in full if the order is cancelled by us.



Refunds that are requested due to dissatisfaction of design, colour shade or general decoration will not be honoured. If you are unsatisfied with the flavour and request a refund, this will be assessed at the discretion of our staff. To assess any flavour dissatisfaction claims, the products must be returned to our studio. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for products that have been consumed. Refunds are not issued for change of mind orders or cancellation (please refer to our cancellation policy).


Handling and Damage

Once you have collected your order or once we have delivered your order to your nominated location, it is your responsibility to look after it. 

Once the order has been transferred to you, we are not responsible for any damages incurred thereafter as a result of how it is transported (unless we are responsible for delivery), and how/when it is stored, displayed and/or served.

If you are collecting your order, we recommend that you transport your order in an air-conditioned vehicle with the order placed on the flattest surface (the floor of the passenger seat or in the boot with a non-slip mat under the box.



We will work with the images and mood boards you provide us as inspiration to design a cake uniquely for you, however we will not replicate another cake artist’s work. The final product is subject to the size selected as well as the availability of ingredients, decorations, and/or equipment. For example, if fresh florals are to be used as decoration, we will do our best to source the flower types and colours as close as possible to any images provided, but it will also depend on the season availability. Please use images as a guide only.



All our prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified. Prices displayed on our site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change anytime without notice. Where permitted, we reserve the right to limit sales.The price you pay will be clearly indicated as you progress through your order and a final total will be displayed at the completion of your order. All prices are in the Australian Dollars.


Disclosure of Information

Fiora Cakes will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email or telephone number to any person outside of the company, unless you (the customer) have authorised us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information.


Agreement of Terms & Conditions

By making a full or partial payment for an order, it is considered that you have read and are in agreement with all our Terms and Conditions as stated above. These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time without notification.
